This video describes the adolescent wellness aspects of the Breakthrough ACTION Zambia campaign called "Life is Precious, Take Care of It".
These three videos, featuring Bernard, a preacher, Norah a comunity health worker, and Chief Shabila, offer three different perspectives on the work of the Breakthrough ACTION Zambia project, and were created at the end of the project as part of the closing activities.
These videos were created as part of the "Life is Precious, Take Care of It" campaign supported by Breakthrough ACTION Zambia. The videos feature three well-known Zambian figures who encourage youth to be responsible with their sexual activity and to plan for their futures.
"Hooked" is a comic series which was part of the National Family Health Campaign in Zambia which runs once per week on the campaign’s Facebook page and follows the life and interactions of young women and men in a college setting. It discusses family planning, condom use, HIV testing, and malaria prevention, among other health topics.
"Precious Times" is a comic book which was produced which was part of the National Family Health Campaign in Zambia.
These short videos were part of a national campaign in Zambia to encourage use and adherence to ART regimens. All are available on the "Life is Precious Take Care of It" Facebook page.

The "Maisha Bora" (Healthy Lives) Curriculum provides comprehensive life skills-based HIV prevention education for young people.
Materials in this toolkit include a facilitator’s guide, community mobilizer’s cards, roleplay cards, storytelling finger puppets, promotional proverbs and best kept secrets throw boxes, promotional playing cards, and dialogue buttons.
This toolkit was developed in response to the need to address TB stigma especially where TB and HIV co-infection rates are high. It involves participatory workshops with health-workers, people living with HIV, and ex-TB patients.
